We have been using eco-friendly cleaning agent since Ohtsuka Shokai Co., Ltd. was founded in 1969 and supplied high precision cleaning system to meet customers satisfaction. Nowadays superior level cleaning systems are in great demand from C-Mos sensor, MEMS, Semiconductor and other industries which existing cleaning systems cannot meet customer requirements.
